Professor Ziniu Xiao and Professor Jian Ling attended the workshop of ‘CAS-CSIRO Climate Theme Project Meetings’ in Hobart from 6-11 November 2017. The workshop gathered 21 scientists. Read more>>
The XV LASG Climate System Model Symposium was held from 3 to 4 November 2017 in Beijing. The symposium attracted more than 180 scientists in earth climate system model research from universities and institutes. For fostering young modeling talents, this meeting also sponsored dozens for students in travel grant. Read more>>
Co-invited by the Word Climate Research Programme (WCRP) Director and WCRP Joint Scientific Committee(JSC) Chair, and approved by the 37th session of WCRP JSC meeting , Prof. ZHOU Tianjun from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics (IAP), Chinese Academy of Sciences was appointed to serve as a member of the WCRP Working Group on Coupled Modelling.
